i liked the friendly, helpful staff, especially with complicated parking. the breakfast in the traditional restaurant was excellent. the room was big and comfortable. it was right next to the cathedral, a big plus.
i did notice only a few residents parking spots were available, and pre-registration of my license plate was necessary.

The staff were helpful and friendly. they helped with our luggage. breakfast had great options. i also appreciated the air conditioning unit in the room. It was very attentitive. the location is across from the cathedral.
The hotel is cashless. this may be inconvenient for some travelers. We encountered this issue at the bar when trying to order drinks.
